Refund Policy

We are pleased to offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase. Should you wish to initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us by calling the salon, visiting us in-person with the product, or by sending an email to [email protected].

Returns will only be processed with receipt and are limited to the following situations:

1. Services received cannot be refunded

2. Final sale items cannot be refunded

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve any type of colour appointment a credit card is required. We require 24 hours notice if you are needing to cancel or change your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given there will be a 50% service fee. Credit cards will never be charged for any other reason and will confidentially stored. We do not offer refunds.
